Did anyone think this through? This would work better in Hudson County. The place is HUGE. How many people do you think you'll get in there to cover your overhead? Just a thought…

I actually think this is a typical cuban restaurant for Bergen County. I heard the food isn't that great not too authentic. It caters more people who do not know much about cuban cuisine plus its really pricey. I am Cuban and I know it does not take that much money to make some of these dishes, far from it. Hudson County has way better Cuban food, hands down.
I just love Cuban food and since your food is homemade it is an added advantage. I would definitely love to try a few dishes from your menu. Thanks!
